Terms of Service
The short version: you buy Forge Credits or an agency package, we build AI content for you, and you own the finished files. You must have permission for any face, voice, or brand you use. Credits aren't money and can't be cashed out. If a job fails on our side, the credits come back to you.
1. Agreeing to these terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and IconMogul Entertainment (IEMG LLC), which operates IconForge AI ("IconForge," "we," "us"). They cover the website at iconforge-ai.com, the IconForge Studio at studio.iconforge-ai.com, Forge Credits, and our done-for-you agency services. By sending us a request, creating an account, or buying credits or a package, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you use IconForge for a business, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for that business.
2. Who can use IconForge
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You can't use IconForge if you're barred from doing so under applicable law.
3. What we offer
- Self-serve Studio: you describe what you want, upload your assets, and pay in Forge Credits. Previews come back watermarked; credits unlock the full-resolution files.
- Agency packages: our team builds and runs content for you, such as an AI Influencer Build, monthly Influencer Management, a Video Ad Pack, a Spokesperson Video, or a Content Day. Each package's price and contents are listed on our website when you order.
Every job is reviewed by a person before it's built. We can decline any request at our discretion, and if we do after you've paid, we'll return the credits or payment for that job.
Turnaround times on our site are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.
4. Forge Credits
- Forge Credits are a prepaid service balance bought in US dollars and spent on IconForge jobs. They're not money, not a cryptocurrency, and not an investment.
- Credits can't be cashed out, sold, or transferred to another person or account.
- Each job's credit price is shown before it starts. Credits are deducted when a job starts, never before.
- New clients receive 25 free credits once. Free credits have no cash value.
- Creator Monthly credits roll over for 90 days, then expire. Purchased pack credits don't expire while your account is active.
- Every purchase and job is confirmed with an IF- reference code and your new balance. If your balance reaches zero, your work pauses; nothing you've already bought is deleted.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Prices are in US dollars and are listed on our website. We accept card payments through Stripe and, by request, Cash App. Cash App payment details are only ever sent to you privately; never pay a $cashtag you find posted publicly.
Creator Monthly is a subscription that renews and charges you every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time by emailing us; cancellation stops future charges, and credits you already received stay usable for their 90-day window.
You're responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
6. Revisions and refunds
- Failed jobs: if a job fails on our side or can't be delivered, its credits go straight back to your balance automatically.
- Revisions: during launch, the first revision round on a paid job is free. Further revisions cost credits as listed.
- Unused credits: credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. If you ask within 14 days of purchase and haven't spent any of that pack, we'll refund it.
- Agency packages: you can cancel for a full refund before work starts. Once work has started, refunds are prorated for work not yet delivered.
Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
7. Faces, voices and brands
When you upload or describe a person's face, likeness, or voice, or a brand, logo, or product, you confirm that you own it or have written permission from the person or owner to use it this way. You may not ask us to create:
- a likeness or voice of a celebrity or any real person without their permission;
- content that uses someone else's trademark, logo, or copyrighted work without permission.
We may ask you for proof of permission and pause a job until we get it.
8. What you can't use IconForge for
You agree not to use IconForge, or content we make, to:
- deceive people, including passing off AI content as a real person's genuine statement or endorsement, or impersonating anyone;
- create sexual content involving minors, sexual content of real people without consent, or any content that's illegal;
- harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against anyone;
- run scams, spread false health, financial, or political claims, or interfere with elections;
- remove required AI-generated labels from content you post;
- break any law or any platform's rules where you publish;
- attack, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Studio, or get around credit charges.
We can refuse, stop, or remove any job that breaks these rules.
9. Who owns what
- Your materials: you keep all rights to the photos, voices, logos, and other files you give us. You give us permission to use them only to perform your jobs.
- Your deliverables: once a job is paid for, you own the finished, unwatermarked files and can use them commercially, subject to these terms and the rights of anyone shown in them. An AI influencer persona built for you, including its name, look, voice, and bible, belongs to you while your account is active.
- Our platform: IconForge, the Studio, our website, templates, and methods remain ours. We may show watermarked previews or examples only with your permission.
AI-generated output may be similar to output made for others, and the law on copyright for AI-generated works is still developing, so we can't guarantee you exclusive legal rights in every element of a deliverable.
10. AI content and labeling
IconForge content is made with third-party AI tools. Deliverables carry an AI-generated label and a suggested disclosure, because platforms like Meta and TikTok require AI disclosure on ads. You're responsible for keeping that disclosure when you publish and for how you use the content.
AI output can contain mistakes. Review everything before you publish it, especially claims about products, prices, health, or money.
11. Your account
Keep your sign-in details private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for activity under your account. Your credits are tracked on our ledger under your email or social handle.
12. Disclaimers
We work hard to deliver great results, but IconForge is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content will produce sales, followers, or income. We make no income or earnings claims.
13. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, IconForge and IEMG LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to IconForge is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
14. Your responsibility to us
You agree to defend and compensate IconForge and IEMG LLC for claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that come from your materials, your breaking these terms, or your use of content we made for you, including any claim that you didn't have permission to use a face, voice, or brand.
15. Ending service
You can stop using IconForge and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. If we close your account without cause, we'll refund any unused purchased credits. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as ownership, disclaimers, and limits on liability, continue after your account ends.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it informally.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as IconForge grows. We'll change the effective date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let account holders know by email before they take effect. Using IconForge after a change means you accept the updated terms.
