1. Who we are

IconForge AI ("IconForge," "we," "us") creates AI influencers, AI video ads, spokesperson videos, images, and voiceovers for businesses and creators. IconForge is operated by IconMogul Entertainment (IEMG LLC), based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This policy covers our website at iconforge-ai.com, the IconForge Studio at studio.iconforge-ai.com, and requests you send us by email or Instagram direct message.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details: your name, email address, and social media handle.
• Account details: if you create a Studio account, your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, the basic profile Google shares (see section 4).
• Your requests: the prompts, scripts, descriptions, and instructions you write for a job.
• Your files: photos, product images, logos, video, or voice recordings you upload or send us.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or Instagram direct message.

Information created when you use IconForge

• Credit and job records: your Forge Credit balance, purchases, jobs, deductions, refunds, and the IF- reference codes that tie them together.
• Generated content: the images, videos, audio, and text we produce for you.
• Technical data: basic logs our hosting and app providers keep automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and the time of a request.

Payment information

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number; Stripe handles it under its own privacy policy. If you pay by Cash App, we see the payment details Cash App shows a recipient, such as your display name and the amount.

3. How we use it

• To build, deliver, and revise the content you request.
• To run your Studio account and track your Forge Credits.
• To process payments and send confirmations with your reference code and balance.
• To reply to your messages and give support.
• To check that uploads are allowed: every job is reviewed by a person, and we confirm you have permission to use any face, voice, or brand.
• To keep IconForge secure, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet legal obligations.

We don't use your uploads, prompts, or generated content to train our own AI models, and we don't use your face or voice for anyone else's project.

4. Google sign-in

If you choose to sign in to the Studio with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us. We use them only to create and sign you in to your IconForge account and to contact you about it. We don't request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or any other Google data.

IconForge's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We don't sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to others except as needed to run the service, comply with law, or with your permission.

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run IconForge, and only what each one needs:

• AI providers that generate your content, such as Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), Perplexity, and fal.ai for image, video, and voice rendering. They receive your prompt and any files the job needs.
• Supabase, which hosts Studio accounts, credit records, and stored files.
• Vercel and GoDaddy, which host the Studio and this website.
• Stripe and Cash App, which process payments.
• Google, for Google sign-in and email, and Instagram (Meta) when you message us there.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people or IconForge from harm or fraud, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

6. Your photos, voice and files

Faces and voices are personal. We use any face, likeness, or voice you send only for the job you asked for, and only after you confirm you own it or have the owner's permission. We never build celebrity likenesses. Every deliverable carries an AI-generated label.

You can ask us to delete your uploaded files and any persona built from them at any time (see section 10).

7. Cookies and tracking

The iconforge-ai.com website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. The Studio uses the cookies and browser storage it needs to keep you signed in. If we add analytics later, we'll update this policy first.

8. How long we keep it

• Account and credit records: while your account is active, and afterward as long as needed for taxes, accounting, and disputes.
• Uploads and generated content: while your account is active or until you ask us to delete them.
• Messages and requests: as long as needed to finish your job and support you.

9. Security

We use reputable providers with encryption in transit, limit who can access your data, and review uploads by hand. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.

10. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• show you the personal information we hold about you;
• correct anything that's wrong;
• delete your account, uploads, personas, and personal information;
• stop sending you marketing messages.

Email admin@iconforge-ai.com from the address on your account, or include an IF- reference code so we can confirm it's you. We'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, such as California or the European Union, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them.

11. Children

IconForge is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as IconForge grows. We'll change the effective date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let account holders know by email before they take effect.
